Accreditation

First the Institution had been licensed by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MEST), no. of license decision 1538/02-1 on 21/11/2007, for the academic year 2006/07 with Bachelor study programs in the Faculty of Economics with directions: Banking, Finance and Accounting and Management and Informatics; Faculty of Law with directions: General Law and Criminology; Faculty of Education with the directions: Pre-primary and Primary Education and Social Sciences Faculty with the directions: English and Psychology.
In the academic year 2010/2011 the Institution continues to operate independently as Private of Higher Education Institution with Bachelor study programs: Banking, Finance and Accounting (BA) and Management (BA) and General Law (LLB), according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, No. 01/73 on 14.07.2010.
In the academic year 2011/2012 the Institution was reaccredited for the period October 1, 2011 - September 30 2014, with Bachelor study programs : Banking, Finance and Accounting (BA), Management (BA), General Law (LLB) and Master in Management (MA) for one year, on the recommendation of 07.07.2011 by AKA nr.273/11, as Private of Higher Education Institution.
In the academic year 2012/2013 the institution is reaccredited for a 3 year period from 1 October 2012 -30 September 2015, based on KAA decision no.461/12 of date 09.07.2012, for the study program Master in Management (MA).
In the academic year 2013/2014 the institution is accredited for a 3 year period from 1 October 2013-30 September 2016, based on the decision of KAA no.503 /13 of 08.07.2013, for the study program Master of laws (LLM).
In 2014 ARBËRI was reaccredited for the period 1 October 2014 - 30 September 2019 with the decision of KAA, No. 555/14 dt. 04.07.2014 in the following bachelor study programs: Management, Banking, Finance and Accounting, General Law.
In 2015 the institution was re-accredited for the period of 1 October 2015 - 30 September 2018 as a Private Bearer of Higher Education College "Gjilan" in Gjilan, with the decision by the KAA no. 328/15 dt. 05.07.2015.
